The Consortium
GloSED is a collaborative effort by the Global Soil Mycobiome consortium (GSMc), involving researchers from 50+ countries.
Leadership & Coordination
The project is coordinated by the Mycology and Microbiology Center at the University of Tartu, Estonia, with key support from the Global Soil Mycobiome consortium. The initiative builds upon the original GSMc network established in 2014, expanding the scope from fungi to the entire soil eukaryotic tree of life.
